I do what I do because I’ve been where you are.

After 13 years working in the public education and mental health fields, I’ve seen the same themes on repeat: Ambitious, driven, high-achievers struggling with chronic stress, being stretched too thin, and burning out.

I absolutely understand the overwhelm, the pressure, and the passionate desire to do good and feel good. After living through and recovering from multiple cycles of burnout, I’m finally able to make confident decisions about where I invest my time and resources.

And because I got here, because I figured it out, my passion has become helping others do the same.
